Action We Will Take
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Worldex News will take immediate action, which includes removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content about the removal.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
