Saudi Arabia has reportedly reaffirmed that normalization with Israel will only happen if there is an “irreversible pathway” toward establishing a Palestinian state.

According to reports citing CNN and Saudi sources, Saudi Arabia has maintained its long-standing position that it will not normalize relations with Israel unless there is a credible and irreversible path toward the creation of a Palestinian state.

The statement came after President Donald Trump suggested that several Middle Eastern countries should join the Abraham Accords as part of a broader regional agreement linked to Iran.

Saudi officials reportedly stressed that Riyadh’s position “remains unchanged,” emphasizing that Palestinian statehood is essential for any future normalization agreement with Israel.
