Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has issued a fresh warning toward Europe after recent drone incidents and growing NATO-Russia tensions.

Viral claims saying Russia has “officially entered war with Europe” appear to exaggerate recent remarks made by former Russian President and current Security Council official Dmitry Medvedev.
According to multiple reports, Medvedev warned that Europe’s “peaceful sleep is over” following rising tensions between Russia and NATO countries after a Russian drone reportedly struck a residential building in Romania, a NATO member state.
Medvedev reportedly accused European governments of becoming directly involved in the Ukraine conflict by supplying weapons, intelligence, and military support to Ukraine. He claimed several European countries had “unilaterally entered into a war with Russia.”
However, there has been no official declaration of war by Russia against Europe or NATO. Analysts say the statements reflect escalating rhetoric and geopolitical tensions rather than a formal state of war. NATO leaders have meanwhile reaffirmed their commitment to defend alliance territory after the Romania drone incident.
Disclaimer:
The situation between Russia, Ukraine, and NATO remains highly sensitive and rapidly evolving. Political statements and military rhetoric do not necessarily indicate an official declaration of war.
